Everything was very good, very dedicated staff, stunning location next to central square, the grand mosque, souks, museums and other delightful sights and sounds as well as about a 10-15 minute walk to the Jemaa el-Fna one way. Soundproof & spotless unit with a very comfortable bed. A safe box, central heating, and an iron — very useful.

The unit we got was well-equipped and tastefully decorated with beautiful decor, crockery and tea.

Our stay was very nice, loved rich breakfasts.

Spotlessly clean and the staff was well-mannered and exceptionally welcoming. The room was huge, the bed was extremely comfy, big bathroom. The venue's position was central.

The hotel was impeccably clean based in an Arabic style building with extremely helpful and very dedicated staff. The food was outstanding, and the room was a nice size.

Hopefully the room was well-appointed with the kitchen, crockery plus a massive king sized bed. This accommodation was in the central location to other museum outside.

The staff were very dedicated and attentive and the location was stunning in the old town of Marrakech. The superior queen room I stayed in was tastefully decorated exactly as on the picture.

Never had a better trip before, everything was very good. We had a varied and extraordinary breakfast with fresh-squeezed orange juice, for all tastes. It was soundproof, a nice size and exactly as on the picture.

The hotel was located not far from Koutoubia Mosque, the center of Marrakesh and the tourist sights. I asked for superior queen room and it was a nice size with a very comfortable bed. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, for example, a main square was around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

had an incredible stay at a lovely riad in marrakesh. amazing staff, clean and spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast. the rooftop terrace was a perfect spot to relax and the plunge pool was a refreshing treat. loved the attentive service and felt safe in the quiet surroundings.

Wonderful stay at Riad Viva We´ve booked Riad Viva for 4 nights and it was awesome. Don´t be scared when you arrive because that Riad isn´t reachable by car, so you have to walk the last 300m through small sidestreets. When the door opened we were really surprised, it´s like a little paradise. From the first second it felt like home for us, mainly because of the very welcoming employees. After a relaxing check in with a cup of tea they showed us the room and it really was like the pictures show you. At the roof terrace you can enjoy a really good breakfast. Everything was well organized and you can also have a great hammam and massage at Riad Diana, which is a partner Riad. All in all we would like to thank the Riad Viva stuff again, it was an incredible stay 

We booked the Narcisse Superior Double room which was very pretty, comfortable and immaculately clean. The bathroom had a good shower, hairdryer, shampoo etc and bathrobes. This is a really lovely little Riad a short walk from the busy main square. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my husbands birthday on the day we arrived and they very sweetly gave him a bunch of roses and greeted us with delicious mint tea. We had pre booked an evening meal which we had on the lovely rooftop terrace and again they had made a special effort to make his birthday special with roses on the table and even a cake. The lamb tagine was delicious, the best we had in Marrakesh! The hotel had arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport, booked an excursion for us and arranged the taxi back to the airport. We had a very pleasant stay at the Riad Viva and would recommend to anyone on a break to Marrakesh.
